Hi from Enn Zed...
I am very new to this 'blogging' and if you were in this room with me you would know just how ignorant I am with regard to navigating this site. I have already had two posts disappear. Saying the same thing for the third time is getting a bit tiresome. Still, needs must.....

Eve's 'Eden' comprises 2 acres of trees, shrubs, roses, climbers and perennials, plus 5 acres of 'forest'---NZ native trees and ferns. There are lots of lawns for Adam to mow. These days he no longer has to crawl around on hands and knees armed with scissors, but has the mind-numbing task of riding on the lawn tractor ( i.e. a ride-on-mower to us down-unders..). Currently my garden/yard is looking a bit drab...it's that time of year down here---winter..!! I will post some photos when I know how....

Our winters aren't really serious affairs...cold, but relatively so---no 6ft of snow piled up at my back door..odd snow shower though, as we live quite close to 9,000 & 7,000 ft mountains/active volcanoes... Day temperatures are around the 40F mark just now...presently wind is gusting, and it is raining.

I hope this post doesn't disappear into cyber space...
